Terms and Conditions

I agree to leave my cat(s) named above with the understanding that The Cattery will take full care of them, but no liability is accepted by the owners or their staff during the cat(s) boarding in The Cattery.

To protect the wellbeing of all cats booked in, it is our policy that only cats with a current vaccination certificate are accepted. It is the owner’s responsibility to provide us with the current vaccination certificate issued from your vet.

In case of illness, I hereby agree to pay the cost of a veterinary surgeon for the consultation and/or treatment of my cat(s) during their stay at The Cattery. If fleas/worms are found they will be treated by the cattery staff, and I will bear the cost of this.

Your authority must be given to release your cat to another party.

Opening Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 10.30 am and 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Saturday 9.00 am to 10.30 am.
Sunday 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm

We are closed Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

We are closed Christmas day and Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve (evening) and New Years Day.

Additional fees apply for arrivals and departures that fall out of hours or on public holiday . 

Payment:

If your cat is collected before 10.30 am on the departure date, there is no charge for that day. If collected after 10.30 am – a full day charge applies.

For stays longer than 30 days, a deposit of 50% is required on arrival.

Full payment is required at time of pick up. We accept cash, or EFTPOS or credit card payments.

Diet:

We have Science diet and black hawke dry food and Whiskas and Chef wet food. We are happy to feed any special dietary requirements or your cats preferred diet, if supplied by you.

 

Booking your cat into The Cattery is taken as a full understanding of these terms and conditions.
